Best Western Springfield West Inn

Clean and efficient. It was nice and comfortable.

Disliked: Coffee.

A friend and I were attending the Gluten Free/Allergen Free Expo at the Mass Mutual Center and needed a place to stay for the night. We didn't need anything fancy or expensive, just a place to lay our heads. The Best Western was just what we needed. It was close to local restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to get to, and the rooms were clean. If I ever find the need to stay in Springfield again, I would definitely give them a call.

Liked: Clean; the staff we encountered were very nice and very helpful.
Disliked: I wish there were an indoor pool :(

Pleasant stay in Springfield

Liked: Our stay at the Sprinfield Best Western defintely felt more inviting than our first stay elsewhere a few days prior. Staff were very polite and helpfull when needed, breakfast had a very large selection (in my opinion) that changed on a daily basis, and the rooms and facilities were clean.
Disliked: The room toilet had difficulties flushing at times.

Don't book if you want...

Disliked: No pool as advertised. No change of linens. Being lied to by staff. Under renovation and not posted on listing.

Disliked: The small breakfast area and lack of space/options. Personal coffee machine kurig for a hotel, I feel there should have been an appropriate size coffee especially during graduation time.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The room was clean but a little small. The staff were friendly. The facility was getting an upgrade so the carpet was new and the room had a clean smell. Thankfully, there was no smell of weed!
Disliked: The breakfast was good EXCEPT for the coffee station which was out of order. They did provide a Keurig but that was slow. There were no overhead lights in the main room, only wall lights. Not a personal preference. I would have liked a USB port to charge my phone.

Liked: The hotel is being upgraded and they are doing an excellent job! New carpets throughout, clean stair wells, etc.
