Best Western Springfield West Inn

Clean and efficient. It was nice and comfortable.

Disliked: Coffee.

A friend and I were attending the Gluten Free/Allergen Free Expo at the Mass Mutual Center and needed a place to stay for the night. We didn't need anything fancy or expensive, just a place to lay our heads. The Best Western was just what we needed. It was close to local restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to get to, and the rooms were clean. If I ever find the need to stay in Springfield again, I would definitely give them a call.

Liked: Clean; the staff we encountered were very nice and very helpful.
Disliked: I wish there were an indoor pool :(

Liked: Breakfast was awful. Counter was dirty and covered with food spills.
Disliked: The whole place need to be thoroughly cleaned. It looks tired.

Horrible

Liked: Nothing about this property was appealing. Lobby was filthy and looked like was in the middle of being built. Floor was bare concrete and furniture piled up in corner. Window was completely opaque. Didn't see room as I cancelled reservation when we walked in the door. Desk person was nice enough to cancel without question as he saw our displeasure. Looked as if hotel was not in service.

Pleasant stay in Springfield

Liked: Our stay at the Sprinfield Best Western defintely felt more inviting than our first stay elsewhere a few days prior. Staff were very polite and helpfull when needed, breakfast had a very large selection (in my opinion) that changed on a daily basis, and the rooms and facilities were clean.
Disliked: The room toilet had difficulties flushing at times.
