A friend and I were attending the Gluten Free/Allergen Free Expo at the Mass Mutual Center and needed a place to stay for the night. We didn't need anything fancy or expensive, just a place to lay our heads. The Best Western was just what we needed. It was close to local restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to get to, and the rooms were clean. If I ever find the need to stay in Springfield again, I would definitely give them a call.

Liked: Clean; the staff we encountered were very nice and very helpful.
Disliked: I wish there were an indoor pool :(

Best Western is always great!

Liked: We like it so much that we spent two nights and returned again for another night. It was just a perfect location on our way to see the solar eclipse in northern New England and to visit relatives in the Springfield area. We often use Best Western because they do have high standards and we are platinum members of their reward program.
Disliked: I had no dislikes.

Disliked: Horrible experience..Someone tried to get in my room in the middle of the night.Lock was not working correctly.Room had no refrigerator..Shady looking characters hanging out by the front entrance
