Best Western Spartanburg Northwest

My daughter left her bookbag with laptop in the room. We were two hours away when cleaning staff found it. The manager worked with us and took it that afternoon to ship to us. Went above and beyond!

Disliked: only thing was the bathroom had some type of substances on the wall and residue from a shower mat in the shower

Liked: Great location. Very clean. Delicious breakfast.
Disliked: $50 (plus tax) per night pet fee for 1 ten pound dog. Ridiculous.

Liked: The room was clean. They had a variety of breakfast items to choose from.
Disliked: My screen door DID NOT have a safety bar, so basically my room stayed opened all the time from the outside. My son graduated college and I were not in the room much, so I kept on forgetting to tell the front desk.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was dirty, there were roaches in the bathroom, guests smoking weed in the hotel and parking lot, loud thumping bass blasting until the middle of the night, and the pool was empty.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind.
Disliked: The layout of the room, made it hard to wind down and relax. For instance the tv was to the left side of the bed making it hard to watch. The bathrooms were in need of some upgrades as well.
