My daughter left her bookbag with laptop in the room. We were two hours away when cleaning staff found it. The manager worked with us and took it that afternoon to ship to us. Went above and beyond!

Very good

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Not quite as good as breakfast at other best Western I've stayed at. The biscuits were extremely hard, could not cut them at all with the plastic knives given. The location is a bit noisy, this is the second time we've stayed here and both times a truck was parked right outside our window with engine running all night.

Overall good hotel, Amazing Staff,...

Liked: staff 20/10 beautiful lobbygood breakfast if you catch it bed was comfortable
Disliked: only thing was the bathroom had some type of substances on the wall and residue from a shower mat in the shower
