Disliked: Nearly no staff, quasi super low, in our room jacuzzi at the night got saturation, which was super loud and was impossible to stop it..

Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were closed (the only reason we picked this place), and the lady said we could not have a jacuzzi room because they were sold out(only 5 customers there)

Disappointed in no pool and...

Disliked: The reason we chose this hotel was to use the pool. No one told us the pool was closed until we got there. Huge disappointment for the kids. Also throughout the night every time the fan came in there was a loud high speed ticking noise. The weeds in the back are growing up through the fan. So I didn’t get a good nights sleep.

Liked: Very wonderful staff, easy and quick check-in, room was very clean along with the main room and hallways. Staff was very welcoming and happy to talk about the area and everything else, if staying in the area would pick again!
