Everyone we encounter were very...

Liked: During the night my grandson was sick and vomiting, the night desk gentleman was very helpful in supplying us with cleaning products and an extra blanket.
Disliked: My daughter and I sat on a bench for an hour waiting for a family to exit the hot tub, most of that time they only had their feet in.

very nice minus no morning...

Liked: the variety at breakfast
Disliked: Shower took more than 20 minutes to get luke warm only... Had manage check ans she said it was just the cold weather. The night before it was hot. Could not take a shower in the morning because no hot water. Cold showers are awful
