Liked: the staff was so friendly
Disliked: my room was on first floor and at 5am, i was woken by smell of breakfast, then followed by loud people going to breakfast, clanging silverware and plates.

Liked: The staff. As usual they were the best part.
Disliked: The cards to get in the building and rooms didnt work. Seemingly they need updating.We had to go back numerous times to get them updated so we could get in our room. The swimming pool lights didnt work. Neither did the jacuzzi. Seemingly the sheets dont have to be washed every time . Something to do with the environment. Although our sheets were okThe cleaners even have problems with doing there job concerning the cards
