This place is awful.

Liked: This place is a joke. And the staff is extremely unreliable.
Disliked: I didn’t get the room I reserved. The tub was broken so had to switch rooms. I forgot my laptop and was told an employee would be able to send it back to me through the mail the next day. This person DID NOT. I called multiple times for the last 3 weeks, being told they would send it out the day after each call. 3 weeks later they still have not sent it out! Very unreliable. Extremely frustrating. Never coming back.
