Liked: How close it was to work.
Disliked: The doors between the rooms need to be sound proof loud TV and . People need to not slam doors and talk loudly at all hours. I worked all days I stayed left around 9am returned between 8-11pm. People going in your room without being notified.

Bad

Disliked: Rooms were dirty a bag of toiletries left from previous guest in the room. The showers had hair and dirt all over them

Disliked: they are currently under remodel but that didn't effect my stay.

Liked: Convenient to the university. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The property is in the process of being renovated and the improvements are needed.

Liked: We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now. It has a convenient location, further from the highway but close to several shops and restaurants. It is also pet-friendly which works great for our dog. They have been doing renovations the last few days and it really shows. Brand new carpet, new bathroom tiles, upgrades everywhere you look. The rooms are basic, but very comfortable and quiet, and we always feel safe here. We look forward to coming back to this location in the future.
Disliked: A few renovations were still in progress with the room that we had the first night. When we stayed in a new room a few days later it was in excellent shape.

Disliked: Property was under renovation during our stay. The hallways were a total mess.
