Useful hotel when overnight stop...

Great alternative to Central London...

Liked: Easy to find location with private parking. Shops and town facilities nearby. Hotel bar and outside courtyard are very nice.Good size bedroom with quality fittings. Very grateful for the desk fan as it was hot in the room, didn't cool down at night either. Room was quiet, minimal traffic noise. It states 20min walk to the train station but I think its closer to 30 mins. We had a taxi back from the station for £10. Good train service into Waterloo (on a direct train). We found this a great alternative to booking room in central London, Weybridge is a nice place!
Disliked: Being an old building with rooms added to the original its a bit of a rabbit warren of stairs and corridors so a bit tricky to relocate your room but we sussed it out by the time we left. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Good location. Large room with plenty of storage. Breakfast was nice. Garsha and Rosanna were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms too hot and toilet flush rarely worked. Poor customer service and rudeness of Celine serving the bar.On arrival was told no early check-in but a room miraculously became available within 5 mins. As 5 of us used the room to get ready for our event, upon return, I requested clean towels and also milk as that in the room was off. Neither towels nor milk were provided.It was a warm evening, but we were not allowed to use the outside terrace due to a birthday party.The bar staff refused to serve us cocktails due to that party despite there being 4 bar staff and no customers at the bar. When I asked Celine why we couldn't have cocktails when there are 4 bar staff and no customers, she said we're waiting for the next 'wave' from the party and not serving cocktails then just walked off. No apology just rudeness and dismissive. After this, only 3 people from the party went to the bar at separart times....hardly a wave that needed 4 staff to served.2 of our group were given a room above the outside terrace and had to endure loud music and noise late into the night.Would definately not return or recommend.
