Relaxing, peaceful and great breakfast
Liked: The breakfast was amazing!! The best yogurt... we loved your breakfast. Friendliness of staff when we checked in. Loved how they had it already for us when we arrived.
Disliked: The bathrooms are to small and no elevator.

Disliked: awful. on arrival staff were confused and not welcoming. room not ready. asked when we could check in and they said they did not know. split across three sites. no elevators. rooms unclean and overall the place a mess. really not up to standards compared to other hotels in the chain.

3 HOUR WAIT for key!!!!

Disliked: Had to WAIT 3 hours for the room keyWaiting for room to be cleaned Hotel was full - Management need to hire more staff - Reception staff having to deal with unhappy guests Non smoking room with people below Smoking like factory chimneys on there outside area

Did not stay to this...
Liked: Nothing, we checked in and when room viewed, decided not to stay knowing that we would not receive a refund . When informing the reception staff, they did not show interest in the issue
Disliked: On arrival, difficult to identify reception, outside of the property looked rundown, trash containers near entrance. Room assigned had no external-window and located at the rear of the property.Access to the room was via a back ally that looked like a slum, and felt unsafe.The room when we inspected, was and smelt very musty, the bedding was stained and bathroom was an accessible room that we did not request, also needed some attention and repairs.We feel completely misled by either the 3rd party booking service or Best Western on this property and as a consequence I will not even consider Best Western Hotels in the future and reviewing my use of Booking.Com

Disliked: The room fridge didn’t work. I had to repair it. The room AC didn’t work at all at night so none of us slept well. The hotel manager had 1 person working during the insanely busy weekend and the line for people checking in was way outside the front door. This meant that if any of us needed anything ie pool towels(which there were NONE on Saturday!!) or to get the AC or fridge repaired it took hours if it happened at all. I’m surprised this hotel is able to claim it’s a Best Western.. I don’t think the main corporate office would appreciate how this location looks or is managed.
