Liked: Location was greatroom itself was in good shapegreat view of whats going on outside
Disliked: Bed seemed hardBreakfast wasn't good at all. On day one there was hardly anything there at 9amAll the doors aside from main entrance were always unlocked even though it says you have to use key to get in we walked right in and opened doors even late at night (this is me being picky but on the stairwells of said entrances were a lot of old messed up mattresses with lots of junk on them it looked bad)Hallways were very loud after supposed lights out time

Dirty Linen and Towels.

Liked: Great location. Easy access to pigeon forge and all of the attractions. Great breakfast restaurant right next door!
Disliked: Dirty towels and linen. I had to ask for our beds to be changed twice in addition to them supposedly changing out the linen before we arrived. They kept replacing the linen with dirty/stained sheets and towels. I'm not saying that the sheets and towels hadn't been washed, but they were permanently stained. It was brought to the staff's attention and an apology was given each time, but nothing more for the inconvenience and lack of cleanliness. Honestly, the cleanliness is most important when staying at any hotel, so honestly the 5/10 was very generous.
