Disliked: Me,my parter and my friends reserved through booking.com and when we arrived the hotel had nothing to do with the pictures and my friends reserved a suite but they received a normal room with extra bed for kid. We received a dirty room😤 Honestly not recommended at all Check-in through tv and not good connection. I have had to request for a receptionist. No Porter.😤Scarlet the receptionist was really nice and welcoming.👍 but the manager was not nice at all very rude .😤Also he lied to us saying that booking.com had a bug🙄The hotel doesn’t meet its stars at all.We had to search for another hotel.We didn’t even stay there🙄

Lucky stop off.

Liked: We were on the road and needed a place to stop for the night. We were very lucky to find this spot. I suspect we got a deal since we reserved an hour before showing up and quite late in the. The property is located near Murten, a very popular spot in Switzerland near Bern and along a lake. Very nice surrounding.
Disliked: Since I pull a glider trailer behind me. I am always looking for big parking lots. This hotel did not have one. And we did not have the glider with us. So, it was still OK.

Liked: Good location (if you fancy a km walk on the lake to Murten) and well renovated rooms.
Disliked: We were initially downgraded from a studio with kitchen to a normal room without any explanation, staff tried to get away with it, what was very unprofessional and disappointing. After some negotiation we got the original room, which stank of sewage. Some travelers complained of remote video-link check-in but we had someone at the desk.

We had a comfortable stay

Liked: We had a late booking and glad they had rooms ready for our big group. Checked in process was virtual (which I find cool). We booked another night again the next day and requested for spare beds but they forgot to set it up on our arrival. But because their housekeeping is not available already, they gave us another room instead. The rooms are spacious. The area was quite and very near to there quaint little town.
