Liked: It was convenient and the staff was super friendly and very helpful
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was the small bathroom. It was hard to shut the door because it’s small

Still a great stay!

Liked: The shower is always very comforting!The hot water last longer than enough for my entire family to each enjoy a nice relaxing shower.The pool was very relaxing and a lot of fun for our family.Everything was clean and seemed recently updated since my last stay. The look of the room was very impressive!The air conditioner made the room freezing cold very quickly and I really appreciated that because it was very hot outside.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as they were when I stayed before (a couple of years ago).My little girl (who is a very picky eater) was looking forward to having the pancakes for breakfast (as she had in the past) but BOTH pancake machines were "out of order" the the entire time of our stay (2 days). So she didn't get any breakfast either of the 2 days that we stayed. She refused any other options available (like I said she is a very picky eater).The breakfast options were ok but not as great as they used to be.The old BW branding waffle maker should be returned (hint) those were so great! And the frozen waffles available were just not very ideal!

Liked: I especially enjoyed the handicap facilities and parking adjacent to my room. The sheeting was immaculately clean & inviting. Laundry facilities were good & front desk manager super helpful
Disliked: Everything exceeded my expectations for the price point. Good value.

Liked: The rooms were clean, neat, and well presented. The pool area was nice, with spots where you could sit and relax without being in the pool.
