Disliked: I could hear other guests slamming their doors, so soundproof isn't the best, but they were all very quiet at night. Elevator was being fixed and the staff did inform us

Liked: The staff was nice. Best Western is near many good restaurants and the mall. That's the good about it
Disliked: They don't clean the rooms well. The don't change the sheets on the bed, just made it back up. When they changed my room, the next room was the same. I bring my own sheets and pillow cases, because I don't trust that they clean them room in that short period of time. Always clean the room behind them

Recently Renovated (7/2025)

Liked: The entire place looked newly carpeted and freshly painted. Our room was nicely clean. The staff were very hard-working. Good breakfast with hot options.
Disliked: The renovations were new but starting to crumble, which is a shame considering what they put into it.
