Based on my hotel experiences the room was average based on the cost. Upon check in we did not have hand towels. The housekeeper promised to bring hand towels. When we returned to the room the hand towels were not provided as promised. I had to go to the front desk at 11 pm to get hand towels.

Disliked: Having to pay for parking. Not many places to park and only one car to a room . Bathroom door didn't close all the way. No safe in room.

Liked: The location of this place is great.
Disliked: When we arrived late at night, our room wasn't cleaned or ready for us (despite me having called to confirm we were still coming) so we had to wait an additional 25 minutes to get into it at 2 in the morning (and no discount was provided); there is little hot water unless you shower at really off hours; and only a thin duvet on the beds even during cool months.
