Liked: Our room was on the first floor because the elevator was broken.
Disliked: The air conditioner in our room was broken. There was a lingering musty smell in the room. I tried to change my reservation to a different Best Western location but was denied by Best Western, causing us to have to drive an additional hour to the hotel.
