Had a nice stay

Liked: The pool access until 11 pm
Disliked: Ice machine we where told wecouldn’t get more ice for my mini cooler

Very poor

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. Crumbs and old French fries behind the nightstand. Food crumbs on the sides of the beds. The toilet paper roll fell out of the wall and the bathroom vent fan was not attached to the ceiling securely. The bathroom floors were sticky. It was gross. I am guessing drug users and homeless stay in these rooms based off of what the people on our floor looked like.

Disliked: Parking inconvenience. Unknowlagabel staff except John. AC inconsistent. Breakfast below par. No tv guide so couldn't figure channels or program selection.

Great!

Liked: The breakfast was great! My students had plenty of options to choose from. Loved the chocolate chips for the waffles. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful! The business center's printer was giving me a hard time so I asked the front desk if they could print it for me. The front desk helped me out and printed the paperwork that I needed.
Disliked: The business center's computer was slow and the printer didn't work. It's an older computer and needs an update to a newer build. Technology is a hard thing to get right. I did end up getting help from the staff to print the papers I needed so this was only a small issue that didn't affect my stay.
