It was fair. Not worth...

Liked: I liked that you could make your own Belgian waffle.
Disliked: There was only one staff member working the front desk and the breakfast. There were a lot of food items missing or that needed attention because he could not do everything. There should have been at least 3 staff members working to keep up with everything. Also, our tv was broken in our room. There was a black line down the screen. There were black things in and on our bed that resembled mouse poop. There were also stains on the sheets.

Liked: Nothing anymore. Security was the thing that made us stay before. This time there was none!!!!
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room, no locked security gate.Dirty sofa!

Liked: Check in people were great the Check out guy well didn't seem to like his job.
Disliked: The bed was hard was not comfortable at all. Could have had more pillows and a blanket that was more comfortable for a king size bed.air conditioner didn't blow high enough. And shower curtain wasn't good at keeping water from soaking floor w water

Disliked: I dont like how I booked my room on booking.com and the hotel telling me that they haven't received the money. And I had pay for it and everything its not right what's going on.

Disliked: Accommodation and communication among employees, should have received 2 handicapped rooms,after confirmation inadvanced notification with early check-in, only to receive 2 rooms on second level, todal dissater,chaos,no wash cloths in room,had to request, and ice machine broken, overall experience totally disheartened, disabled veterans deserve much better
