Disliked: I dont like how I booked my room on booking.com and the hotel telling me that they haven't received the money. And I had pay for it and everything its not right what's going on.

Disliked: Accommodation and communication among employees, should have received 2 handicapped rooms,after confirmation inadvanced notification with early check-in, only to receive 2 rooms on second level, todal dissater,chaos,no wash cloths in room,had to request, and ice machine broken, overall experience totally disheartened, disabled veterans deserve much better

Liked: The breakfast was good for hotel breakfast with a variety to pick from.
Disliked: The pool was closed during my 3 night stay I booked and I wasn’t notified when booking or when checking in. It wasn’t until I called the front desk to ask about pool towels I was told. It was in the 90’s during my entire stay!!!
