Horribly dirty and uncomfortable

Liked: Good location and staff was nice
Disliked: Filthy dirty, floors had shoe prints. Under the sofa bed there was piles of dirt lint and hair, with a comb.

Very upset and disappointed

Disliked: There was a police incident that caused them to bang on my door at 2 in the morning looking for someone. There were men drinking and causing a disturbance thus the banging on my door. We had to leave at 2:30 am because it was not safe. The hotel clerk said he would give us a full refund but that we had to go through you first. Hotel clerk's name was Oscar. Phone no. 410-546-1300. Booking no.6960352727. I tried calling you but no one answers.Please credit $186 to my Jet Blue Credit card.

Bad

Liked: Stayed one night and left. Still charged for 4 days.
Disliked: Pot smell really bad . Charges for full stay 4 nights and one stayed one.
