Staff lacking communication regarding guests...

Liked: Very accommodating. Helped us change rooms because no elevators with disabled Som.
Disliked: Moved us to new room. Computer issues would not show us in New room number. Had to ask for towels and garbage be taken out.. on 3 rd day. in formed housekeeping we would be here for 6 more days. No actual Room service for 6 days. We were back late to a motel so we couldn’t inform staff. No apologies for no room service.

Liked: Location. Not much else.
Disliked: Rooms were run down. Water temperature would jump from hot to cold. Coffee was bad. Screens on windows falling out. And booked through booking.com and the payment wasn’t applied to one of the three rooms I booked.

Liked: The convenience of the place, plus the kindness and availability of the personnel, who pointed me to the best restaurants in town and to a scenic jogging route.
Disliked: Sadly the gym was out of order.
