Liked: The property is getting older, so I think replacing the carpet on the staircases would make it look better.
Disliked: I think I didn't like the carpet on the staircases.

Lyon is beautiful city and...

Liked: Awesome location, friendly staff and a good express breakfast.
Disliked: No parking at the Hotel and the parking garage down the street is not cheap. Small room with little to no view and extremely small bathroom. AC unit could not keep-up, staff gave us a fan which helped.

Nice but HOT

Liked: We stayed in the apartment. Lots of room, well located , comfy beds.
Disliked: No air conditioning in 90 + heat. There were 3 fans provided, but they hardly moved air around. There are much better fans on the market.

Nice Location Minor Issues

Liked: 1: staff - all lovely!2: spotless - everything is clean!3: location - walking distance to many of the sites; a bit of a hike from the train station but nice on a nice day. If not, you can take a team.4: Wi-Fi - works very well.
Disliked: 1: breakfast seemed pricy so I opted not to pay €14.2: the air conditioning and the bathroom fan are noisy - they clatter. You have to turn it down or off not to hear it as loudly. 3: random gnats flying around - not sure how they get on.4: motion light in 5th floor corridor doesn’t work. Had to use phone to find my room.
