Great Location for First Time...

Liked: The location was the best thing about the hotel. Close to restaurants and easy to get different places as a tourist. The staff was all very nice and professional. Very good value for the price.
Disliked: 1. We were in room 302. Our air conditioner did not work. We ended up opening the windows. There was some type of nightclub in the back alley. They did not stop making noise until after 5 am. Even with the windows closed, you could hear people yelling in the street.2. The shower in the bathroom was fine with temperature and water pressure. To get in the shower, you had to step in over the tub which was at least 24 high". Combine that with the slippiness of the tub floor, and it was a bit scary when soap was on the floor. There was nothing to grab onto in the tub. Water spilled out of the tub because there was only a half glass wall, and that swung in and outNot a great designThe bathroom also could have used some towel racks or hooks. There was a towel warmer. That did not work either.

Great location lovely staff clean...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location walking distance to most attractions as well as close to many pubs bars and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful, check in and check out were very smooth hotel was nice and clean and they have a facility to hold bags after check out which was super helpful
Disliked: The room had minimal natural light as the window was overlooking three other walls it almost felt like a tower

Only saving grace was the...

Liked: Room was smaller than expected. Toilet and shower/sink in separate cubicles not convenient. Also both very small

Liked: Very close to lots of good bars and restaurants but no street noise. Friendly staff too
Disliked: There weren’t enough hooks on which to hang things
