Liked: Liked the location, next to the train station, 10 minutes to the center.The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, there was both a fridge and an iron. Good breakfast. Free parking.
Disliked: The hotel doesn't look attractive from the outside, but everything is fine inside.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff couldn’t have been more helpful! We really appreciated the location being so close to the train station and the lovely breakfast.
Disliked: I’m currently pregnant, and when I arrived, the sofa bed collapsed as I laid on it, which made me feel quite scared during the night. It collapsed again in the morning — something was clearly wrong with the head of the bed. The staff did replace it and it was fine afterwards, but this level of safety issue is unacceptable and really needs addressing.

Hotel with potential but needs...

Liked: Staff was very kind and helpful. There is a children play room just next to the breakfast area.Commuter rail station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Disliked: Hotel feels very old and tired. Rooms although clean feel like they need urgent renovation.Breakfast options are very limited.Hotel is pretty far from the city center.
