Liked: It was really great. They had last minute availability with a pet friendly room available.
Disliked: The parking is kind of awkward because it's on an incline, so they have a retaining wall that you have to go up and around or down and around, and it makes it very difficult to load an unload your car into your room.

Liked: It was nice that they had last minute.Availability and a pet friendly room ready. The location is pretty ideal.Being so close to the expressway to walmart shopping and restaurants in gas stations.
Disliked: The hotel is on an incline, and the parking is kind of awkward because there is a wall between the rooms and the parking lot. So you have to walk all the way 21 end or the other to load your car or unload your car. The pet area is a little challenging to get to as well..

Liked: nice clean place beds are comfortable we have been to this motel many times on our way to Florida always clean right off interstate 24.
Disliked: nothing

Disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast area was nice and clean. Breakfast food was ok. Same person was working at the lobby late at night the night before and working in breakfast room and lobby the next day.The room was clean.
Disliked: Person at the front lobby was difficult to understand but acted in a professional manner.Same person was working at the lobby late at night the night before and working in breakfast room and lobby the next day.That person seemed to be overworked.The sink in the room was clogged. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything that was happening in the room next door. The guests were smoking nearby and there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. I feel that I payed way too much for this room.That hotel felt more like a cheap motel.

Liked: Good location easy to find We had an issue with the TV and the lady working that night came to the room and helped us out. That was amazing. Thank you again.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. Upstairs were extremely noisy and kept us up most the night.
