Bad

Disliked: Almost everything about our experience was shocking! Check-in was scheduled for 4 PM, but the room was only available at 5 PM. We had requested a clean room due to allergies, but the room was not clean upon arrival. Corridors smell horrible. When I emailed about the issue on the first night, the manager responded by shouting at me the next day instead of apologising or trying to address the problem. They dismissed all the photos I provided as evidence and even told us to leave the hotel. This behaviour was insulting and unprofessional.hair on bed, dirty marks on bathroom doors and walls, dirty chair.

Liked: Brilliant location and excellent staff, the rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: At the time the aircon was not working so we had to have the windows open but an early call from the seagulls led to a disturbed sleep.
