Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven

Liked: Very clean; good breakfast included; nice sized room.
Disliked: None.

Very frustrating having to have the keys reprogrammed every night because they wouldn't work. Towels didn't get changed one night because another patron hung their 'do not disturb' sign on our door. Not the hotel's fault, but still was irritating.

Liked: Clean and prices are good.
Disliked: Door keys had to reprogrammed every night.

Clean rooms; friendly and helpful staff; will stay there again.

Good for our one night...

Liked: Cute property with motel rooms. Our room was like a small apartment. Outdoor pool, although we didn’t have time to use it, and free breakfast and parking are always a plus. Staff was polite and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The room smelled a little musty and the girls said their sheets in their bedroom felt wet. This is really our only complaint.

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable beds, the pool was a highlight due to how hot it was. Breakfast was really good, nice choices.

Liked: Retro (enjoyed vintage cars, lobby …) but well maintained & clean! wonderful staff & awesome breakfast
Disliked: Shower was hard to work & couldn’t balance water temperature
