Very frustrating having to have the keys reprogrammed every night because they wouldn't work. Towels didn't get changed one night because another patron hung their 'do not disturb' sign on our door. Not the hotel's fault, but still was irritating.
Liked: Clean and prices are good.
Disliked: Door keys had to reprogrammed every night.

Great little place
Liked: The staff was very friendly. Great location. The breakfast was great, they even had dairy free almond milk. Cool to stay in a little piece of Americana!

Liked: Very disappointed.
No pool or jacuzzi. False-advertising.
Standing in rain and thunder trying to get in room, keys not working, for fifteen minutes.
Staff said he was fixing a fire alarm.
Bed wasn?t changed. Pillow cases not changed. Ughhhhh...
Not at all what I expected. I shall not return.
Disliked: See the above. I out in the wrong box.

A great piece of Route...
Liked: Great piece of Americana on Route 66. I love these old motor inns that have been kept up and provide a comfortable night's stay, and the Rail Haven did not disappoint. The staff went so far as to send me some photos of the neon signage at night, which I requested. Enjoyed my night's stay at the Rail Haven.
