Liked: The staff was friendly they actually let me check in a little early
Disliked: There is construction going on the entire first floor. After I checked out the next day I got a phone call that said they wanted my card information again because for some reason they needed it on file but the hotel was paid for when I checked in I signed the paperwork and everything but they're continuously calling me wanting my card number again which made no sense. I feel like they're trying to scam me.

Very positive, comfortable experience.
Liked: This hotel has recently been renovated (they were working on the 1st floor when we were there in June 2025); floors 2 and 3 are completed. Our room was on the 2nd floor, right behind the elevator, ice machine, etc. We were worried about the noise but we heard nothing! Never heard other guests in the halls so must be well insulated; we saw lots of other guests outside by the pool or in the lobby area so we know we weren't there alone. The beds were very comfortable, and I'm a very picky sleeper, so for me to be happy is a huge win! Loved the walk in shower, but could've used a shelf for our own products. Didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on that. The location worked well for us; near quite a few dining establishments. The pool area was very nice. Lots of storage area in the room, so we could unpack. Coffee maker, microwave and small fridge were well used by us.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Worst sleep ever
Liked: We arrived around 10:30 pm at the hotel , we reserved a king suite with a sofa sleeper because there was 3 of us traveling. When we got to our room it stunk of mildew there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. I went to the front desk and waited for about 15 minutes for the bedding to get back to the room to see he didnt give us a fitted sheet.Back to the front drsk for another 10 minutes of waiting for a fitted sheet. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people. The sofa sleeper mattress was a board with springs in it and the king bed was so hard. The hotel is under construction still and not mentioned when you reserve a room. Lots of noise. Won't be staying here again.
