Liked: Breakfast tasted beautiful,Very clean, as expected as have stayed before.
Disliked: Breakfast was Luke warm at around 8,30 am.Creaking floorboards, need screwed down both in room and upstairs.I was in room 201 and noisey fans of some sort wakened me up a bit to early in the morning.

Lovely room just a pity...

Disliked: Poor sound proofing, led to a lack of sleep until after the late night club music from neighbouring premises stopped

Liked: Location is central and the hotel is a lovely building. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel needs an update. The room was clean but a dirty towel had been left on the back of the hotel room door. There was no one at reception that evening but when I mentioned it the next day it was sorted immediately and an apology given. The remote control for the tv had lots of buttons that didn't work, which didn't bother me too much but might someone else. Lastly, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I would suggest a memory foam mattress topperwould help
