Liked: Staff are so friendly and helpful in many ways. While the breakfast was very basic, the environment was great Location was very convenient.
Disliked: I wish the room was cleaned more often than done during my stay. I have decided not to make a lot of complaints after asking the staff to clean it a couple of times. The room key was also dysfunctional several times which has created inconvenience enormously.

Liked: The pool was pretty good
Disliked: Some of the staff was kind of rude lights were not replaced they were out in the room not enough towels when you have a swimming pool you should have more towels

Liked: The location was close to my daughters college.
Disliked: Breakfast sucked, worst breakfast I have had at a hotel. I had to pay a 100.00 fee and now I have to wait to get that money back.

Disliked: There are NO automatic doors to assist guest with either entering or exiting with their luggage! Absolutely a necessity for us older travelers. The breakfast was dismal at best. No fruit, no yogurt, no individual milk cartons. Hot water for tea was tepid. I saw no teabags. Good thing that I had some in my purse. No real healthy options at all
