Don't waste your money!

Liked: Our introduction to the Best Western Queens Court began with the attendant at the front picking her teeth with her fingers while eating her lunch. She seemed very comfortable there; apparently, this is normal behavior. We were misled when booking the hotel room, as the website did not indicate that the hotel only had three parking spots in front of the hotel and had to pay for parking at a nearby garage. The breakfast room was filthy, chairs covered in stains, the food was unhealthy, mediocre at best (i.e., frozen sausages thrown in the microwave while still wrapped in plastic). The hotel room was not properly cleaned, hair was in between the sheets, stained sheets and towels, the rug was dirty with pieces of plastic lying under the bed. The hallway had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. They need to train their staff. I will never go back there again!
