Liked: It was clean and very central to the markets and trams. The staff were very helpful when we needed to check in late.
Disliked: Although the room was small, it was perfect if you just needed it for sleeping and showering.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the linen was clean and replaced daily.
Disliked: I wasn't expecting the wardrobe to be just a rod on a wall. Perhaps this can be shown in the picture. There wasn't staff at the counter to greet us when we arrived, and it seemed a little disorganised.
