Liked: Nice public rooms, good breakfast
Disliked: First room had windows which would not open, because broken. Complained, mover to a room with one functioning window and one broken non functioning window

Close to Hengrave Hall wedding...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and good sized rooms. Easy check in and check out
Disliked: Nothing really

good location and price

Liked: The room we had was on the bottom level which was great for suitcases. Breakfast was great. Room was not always made up and we had to ask for clean towels as they had not made the room. Staff were pleasant and they had a nice outside area which we enjoyed as we had sunny days. close to city centre which was great, 20 minute walk but quick drive and plenty of parking.
Disliked: they were not consistent on making up the rooms and replacing towels.

Good hotel

Liked: Large clean, comfortable room, with a good bathroom. Good location close to the railway station.
Disliked: Meals were expensive

Liked: Staff very polite room clean bed good room 48 left clean good for ground floor as health reasons with us all toilet roll holder away from wall needs fixing
Disliked: Room. 47 all good except for sink plug needs fixing . We booked twin beds in rooms ended up with double beds .But. Overall very good stay for all very satisfied

Liked: had a lovely old room ... very big .... lovely shower .... jar of sweets in the room a lovely touch ..... staff very friendly
