Liked: Chalet type rooms. Grounds.
Disliked: Cob webs in room. No hot water in first room. Room smelt of smoke.

Disliked: Self check in - no staff on hand had to go hunting for staffCharged £20 for 'early' check in at 1.30 pm - despite the room being ready and previously unoccupied.Awful breakfast.Room - number 58 grim....

Pleasurable

Liked: Lovely large room and my assistance dog and I were made to feel very welcome. It helped that it was lovely weather and strolling the grounds with a glass of wine was delightful
Disliked: Sad that they couldn't serve dinner one of the nights i was there. This happened last year too. But fortunately the pub across the street is also really pleasant!
