Liked: The location is just right in front of the beach.About 20 minutes away by bus from the city centre or 8 -10 minutes driven.The staff were great and very helpful. The bath
Disliked: The pillow was uncomfortable, and the space between the end of the bed and the wall was extremely small. we had to walk sideways!There's one lift, and maybe because I stayed in the weekend and the hotel was fully booked, the lift was dead slow.It should be an iron / iron board in the room.

Disliked: restaurant staff would sit right below our window, smoking and being rather loud.

Liked: The aspect is lovely and the fact that they can accommodate bikes is a big plus.

Disappointing, the hotel was very...

Liked: The gem of the hotel was, without a doubt, the staff. They were, without exception, helpful, friendly and professional.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was very limited with no boiled eggs or fresh fruit and vegetables. No selection of bread. The bacon on the cooked breakfast on both days was dry and impossible to slice through. THE Room: had a very stale smell with the same smell on the bedding. The carpet was badly in need of a clean. The showere was unsafe as the floor had no anti-slip and this resulted in a bad fall.

Disliked: I paid for a room with breakfast which cost £185, we ended up with a box room no air con, family that I went with spent less and there room was triple the size even with a sofa. The parking system is absolutely ridiculous. BUT the staff were very helpful finding us a spot where we could park safely

I gem of a find...

Liked: the hotel was 1.5 miles from Brighton, which was perfect as we had an event in Hove. The room was huge , the corridors wide and had a light airy feel. bathroom spotless and again , huge . family room had 1 double and 2 twins all spread out. Sadly I did not have the opportunity to try the Thai Restaurant , the food looked amazing
Disliked: the only thing i would want is a few more plug sockets a with USB chargers - especially for phones , devices , hairdryers and straighteners in a family room
