Liked: Was only here for one night and it was comfortable for what I needed. Nice breakfast and good location. Great value for money
Disliked: Only thing was I stayed on one of the hottest nights in the UK and there is no air conditioning in the room but it did have a fan so wasn’t too bad.

Whilst there was negatives, we...

Liked: The room was of a really good size, two people could comfortable move around without feeling like they were on top of each other. There was a good selection of in room tea/coffee facilities and a big tv. The bathroom was also big with minimal toiletries, but they did have some so all goodThe bus stops directly out the front of the hotel providing quick travel down towards Brighton
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed was too soft for my liking a quite small (I nearly fell out). The room could've been a little cleaner perhaps - there was a previously used towel left on the back of the bathroom door.The window which I understand because we were on the 3rd floor didn't open very wide at all so there was no air (they did provide you with a fan if you needed it).The car park is very small and we couldn't park there so we had to pay for other parking in the road by the hotel instead
