Lovely location and great price.

Liked: Lovely beach front location. Breakfast was lovely. We arrived early and the staff were happy to get our room ready as soon as possible.

Liked: Close to the sea, staff were friendly, clean room and bathroom
Disliked: Very limited car park space (however the price of the room vs having to pay for parking still makes it worth while if you don't mind having to cross the road to park at the paid car park)

We had a lovely weekend...

Liked: We were very pleased with the size of the room, it was in good condition, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the sausage with the cooked breakfast was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel rooms and corridors are not very sound proofed, we did hear some noise late Saturday night but this was just people returning from a night out, the noise was short lived. It would have been nice to have a fridge and safe in the room. The breakfast room is quite echoey and when full of people could be noisy. Its a shame the hotel hasn't got a nice relaxing space with a bar and a lounge to sit and relax.
