Best Western Prime Inn & Suites

Won’t stay there again.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The room had a strong soured smell. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The woman at check in was much more friendly when we left than when we checked in.

It was just blah

Liked: It was easy to get to
Disliked: Carol was a jerk to deal with and terrible customer service skills

Liked: I stayed here many different times over the years, but they have really made it a pleasant place to stay , it's been fixed up super nice

Liked: Handicap access room was really convenient and comfortable. Shower was really easy to access and bath products are the most luxurious I've had (saying something as I've traveled Europe and lost in the US; keep that brand!) Night manager - didn't get her name - was really helpful with an ice bucket and an extra blanket. Everything was clean and modern.
Disliked: Couldn't get coffee maker in room to work (followed usual protocol - it just didn't start) but coffee was available in the lobby so it was not a problem.

I enjoyed the stay

Liked: Very friendly staff and very comfortable
Disliked: No one came to clean our room

Liked: Very clean and friendly staff. No fuss, everything ready as expected. Breakfast was adequate, but on par for most places at this point.
