Exceptional

Liked: Handicap access room was really convenient and comfortable. Shower was really easy to access and bath products are the most luxurious I've had (saying something as I've traveled Europe and lost in the US; keep that brand!) Night manager - didn't get her name - was really helpful with an ice bucket and an extra blanket. Everything was clean and modern.
Disliked: Couldn't get coffee maker in room to work (followed usual protocol - it just didn't start) but coffee was available in the lobby so it was not a problem.

Liked: Very clean and friendly staff. No fuss, everything ready as expected. Breakfast was adequate, but on par for most places at this point.

Liked: The location was good and the facilities were in good condition. Friendly front desk staff. It was mostly clean.
Disliked: The tv did not work. We checked in at 3:00 pm and not having tv to watch made for a long night. The front desk staff called someone to come look at the tv but when he came all he said is it is raining so it will not work. It was raining, but not storming. Just a little more than drizzle rain. The floor above us sounded like someone was rolling something back and forth repeatedly most of the night. Could hear people walking on floor above us most of the night. We think someone was using the chair with wheels on the floor above us as a rolling toy to roll back and forth across the floor.
