Liked: We were honestly disappointed in our entire experience. Most Best Westerns (especially Plus, etc) are a decent experience. This one was NOT!
Disliked: Location was sketchy. Room needed major attention: bathroom walls and ceiling were a mess. Not even luke-warm water at bathroom sink. Towels thin. Bed horrible! Sheets felt damp all the time. A/C did nothing to take swampy feel from room. Room smelled like an indoor over-chlorinated pool! NOT the Best Western experience it should have been.

Satisfied and would stay here...

Liked: Staff was friendly, rooms were neat and clean. Location and access to room was clearly marked and convenient.
Disliked: Soft drink machine was out of order, but not marked as such. Had to get refund from front desk. No problem getting refund and was able to purchase drink from front desk.

Disliked: The toliet seat was wobbly.
