Very pleased with this hotel.

Liked: Sherwoods, the on prem restaurant was surprisingly tasty. I usually am disappointed by hotel restaurants but our meals was very good. The room was huge and comfortable. The included breakfast was also good.

Great place would stay again

Liked: The front desk clerk was very nice, very helpful, and very easy to talk to. The exercise room.was amazing.the room was nice and clean. They really do make you feel like a queen.
Disliked: The pool was quite dirty, with brown lines on the ladder and on the tile around the pool. Had to wait to ask yo be let into the gym. I get it they don't want small kids but we also have to wait for a clerk to be not busy to let us in..oh yes lack of Cleaning towels in the expercise room

We love BWH ever since....

Liked: Clean,big room and excellent breakfast, slide in the pool my children enjoyed alot.
Disliked: Some of the staff are rude ( serving the breakfast)
