Liked: Rooms was very comfy. Great shower and beds. Location is perfect! Highly recommend it for a weekend in Lille.

Liked: Good location walking distance to a number of attractions.
Disliked: The room was looking rather tired in decoration. The tv in our room didn’t work we complained twice and someone came to assist but we continued to have issues. They didn’t have a kettle and didn’t provide milk or cream for the 3 coffee pods you were given. They only gave us mint tea bags too, the mini bar is free but they don’t automatically restock it. There are various bars in the area so you got a lot of noise in the night. The coffee at breakfast was poor too the first day the machine didn’t work.

Liked: We were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home (and the cookies/lemonade were a nice arrival treat). Their friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out throughout my stay.One of the highlights of my experience was the ease of parking. Finding parking can often be a hassle, but not here. The hotel provided convenient parking options, which was greatly appreciated and madeo our visit even more enjoyable travelling with two young children and a baby. The hotel's location is another major plus point. Situated close to central Lille, it was just a short stroll away from the main square and all the bustling attractions. Being able to explore the city on foot made our stay even more memorable.Although I encountered a minor issue with the room's ventilation, the staff swiftly addressed it, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Their prompt response and efficient handling of the situation further exemplified their dedication to customer satisfaction.Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Lille to anyone visiting the area. With its great staff, convenient parking, and prime location, it's the perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers alike. I'm already looking forward to my next stay and eagerly anticipate another fantastic experience.

Liked: Interesting and refreshing design, lots of cool features in the room. Bath items of exceptional quality; great breakfast with a very good variety, high quality products and nice presentation. Very helpful and welcoming staff.
