Passable

Liked: It was clean and very close to the Oshkosh Arena.
Disliked: I booked a double Queen room and I didn't have any preferences other than that since it's a non smoking hotel. I waited 3 hours to check in because my room wasn't ready at noon. At least 30 other people came in and got their rooms right away while we waited until 3 O'clock. Also I still haven't received a receipt.
