Liked: Breakfast. The staff.
Disliked: The shower.

Not worth the price at...

Liked: Only good thing to say about this place is that Tatiana is a wonderful staff member. She was very polite and helpful. Made our stay better.
Disliked: Certain staff members where not helpful at all, it wasn’t until we got very frustrated about so called fees is when they decided to change their story and be accommodating. Hot tub was out of service, room wasn’t the cleanest, seen black hair all over the bathroom, no arm chair at all, there was a table chair in place of a arm chair should be. I had to call the front desk to see if we could get one. They did get us one but it was all stained.

Disliked: Unprofessional they cancel my booking on the day itself of my booking and asked me to find another hotel as they are fully booked

A perfect 7 night stay!

Liked: The very best thing about the hotel was the friendly, helpful staff, especially at check in.We are 2 older Australians who were stranded by the Air Canada strike.They were wonderful and very understanding of our predicament. We needed an emergency 1 night stay initially, which we needed to then extend for a further 6 nights and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate us and put our minds at ease. The facilities at the hotel were A1, no issues at all. We would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller.
Disliked: Nothing. The hotel provided us a perfect 7 night stay!

It was a good place...

I wouldn’t stay here again!

Liked: Unfortunately not much.. The staff were friendly. The shuttle to airport.
Disliked: No atmosphere, foyer and restaurant not nice or comfortable to sit and relax in, the breakfast from a menu…a dreary experience.
