Flawless from the beginning.

Liked: Personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hotel staff is super friendly; on site parking; super convenient for seeing shows at the Majestic or Orpheum Theatre.

Liked: Room with balcony.

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Didn't like getting $26 more than quoted price for taxes and parking.

Disliked: They thought they lost my keys for 5 minutes.

Beautiful hotel, just a poor...

Liked: The location is phenomenal. Also the lobby is absolutely beautiful. This is clearly a beautiful hotel with a lot of history.
Disliked: The room was not exactly what was expected. It was clean, but unfortunately not very private nor as comfortable as we were led to believe. However, I will take full responsibility for not upgrading our room when offered at check-in, we wanted to be near the pool for our 9 year old.

Liked: Great location. Lovely restaurant with lots of menu choice and plenty of seating. Friendly staff and really nice room.
Disliked: A little expensive, but seemed in keeping with prices in the area, so it's not priced above its value.

Liked: Friendly and responsive staff; clean and premier location
Disliked: didn't like to have to pay extra for parking but parking attendants couldn't have been nicer
