Liked: The staff were absolutely lovely—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel welcoming.
Disliked: I noticed a stain on the bed cover and some dust on surfaces, which made the room feel less clean than expected. On the third day, the in-room coffee wasn’t refilled, which was a small but noticeable oversight. Also, considering the price, I found it a bit steep—especially since breakfast wasn't included. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the great staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and value.

Liked: The location was wonderful! Easy in and out. Stayed there a night before a cruise. Staff was nice. Will recommend!

Exceptional

All was good except for...

Liked: Everything was good besides being stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes. Even though it isn’t a common occurrence, there were no protocols in place to ensure the quickest possible evacuation of passengers. Luckily we were calm and contacted the appropriate people which expedited our evacuation.

Liked: Room was very spacious and very quiet. Great location to explore little Havana and coral gables. Bust stop for free Miami trolley just outside the hotel. Quiet area, quiet hotel and so close to the food shops too. Smooth check in and check out. Free shuttle to the airport. The only minor thing: please supply some cutlery even tea spoons. A bit of high and low dusting required too.

Disliked: The availability of ice machine near my room, the gym was adequate, and the pool was great.
