Disliked: Room 308 had multiple sink and shower knobs that kept falling off. Several handles were loose on towel bar and shower door.

Liked: Morgan and Jocelyn were great staff!!! Very pleaswnt even though all heck was breaking.
Disliked: First off, I want to say that the staff Morgan and Jocelyn were absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the pool and fitness area were nice but...The place was flooded when we arrived. The whole lobby had water dripping from the ceiling, light fixtures, and security cameras in the lobby! The bar was to be openened from 4 to 10 NO it was closed because the worker called out! There was no hot water FOR OUR JACUZZI in our suite or showers! This was not just our room but all rooms! The front desk guy walked out at 4am, who was supposed to have a HOT breakfast served at 7am! Nope!!! No hot breakfast! Maintence doesn't come to the hotel on the weekends! So, there is no hot water until Monday! PADDY was not the real PADDY when we called to talk yo him as he was the manager! Someone was standing in for him!

Liked: The GM’s Paddy & Gita were very welcoming. Close to good food and easy commute to work. This property allows for dogs.
Disliked: The bar was only open weekdays at 5 and no weekend service.
