Would recommend. Short drive to...

Liked: We stayed here in October because we were going to Worlds of Fun for the Halloween festivities. It is a short drive to WOF and many good restaurants were also a short drive. Our kids loved the pool/slide!! The front desk staff was very friendly and breakfast was - typical fare you'd expect for free breakfast but also really good bagels and yogurt.
Disliked: There were only two things that weren't great. First there was long dark hair on the bedding. Our family all has blonde hair so I know it wasn't us. Hoping it was from the housekeeper and not the previous tenants. The other thing was, the pool was ICE cold. Seriously, my 7 year old was blue with chattering teeth within 5 minutes. My 11 and 15 year olds were able to tolerate it better, but it would be nice if it was heated. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The room was very clean...

Liked: The breakfast was fine, plenty of variety. The staff very friendly. The breakfast area very clean and roomy.
Disliked: The view from the window and the parking.

Liked: Staff was friends and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Dirty room...food was left in fridge..Ask for extra blankets they were too busy (shorthanded) understandable..to bring up. One bed needed to be reached. It was a sunken in..Super uncomfortable..Lighting in bathroom was terrible. Next day after returning to room maid did terrible job. Room still dirty, less towels in room and no cups. We picked up extra blanket for the night..When we came back maid had removed the extra blankets...frustrating!! Then I need to got to restroom to find out we had NO TOLIET PAPER...NONE!!!!! Are you kidding me...I had to use kleenex...thank goodness they were in the bathroom.

Will stay there again if...

Well worth the cost compared...

Liked: Room was very nice. You can definitely tell the building is new. The only two small issues we had were, 1-the shower door was a very nice glass sliding but it had a ridiculously loud squeaking noise when closing it and it wouldn't stay so we had to put a wash rag in the track while using it. 2-the TV is a Samsung and we have the same remote in our home but we could not figure out how to get the channel guide to work. It's not rocket science but it just wouldn't pull up the main menu. These were very small issues and nothing that would keep us from staying again.

Disappointing

Liked: The location and newness of the facility.
Disliked: We were sent to two dirty rooms, the pool was broken, the soda fountain was broke , staff was rude.

Comfortable but not worth the...

Liked: New facility. Very uncrowded. Pleasant decor.
Disliked: Being a new facility, the fit and finish were very poor. Doors did not latch and lock, cabinets would not close, closet doors did not close, there was grout and mastic all over the bathroom tile, spills on the common floor and elevator were not cleaned up, telephones did not work.
