Best Western Premier Keizer Salem Hotel

Very clean and safe!

Liked: Perfect location. Very clean, updated and SAFE. I traveled alone with my three girls, and I felt safe there. Shopping centers near by, plenty of food options, close to the intestate. We was there for my nieces graduation and it was a straight shot to and from Silverton. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping came in everyday to fix bed and dump trash, which was nice. I will definitely be staying here again if we do make the trip back to Oregon.
Disliked: Only thing I didn't like and it's not a deal breaker was the ice machines were not on every floor (not the floor I was on) and there was only one washer and one dryer on the first floor. Most hotels have them on each floor. But again, not a deal breaker. Just a little inconvenient, as we stayed there 5 days and wanted clean clothes before we left.

Liked: Room had a nice layout, pretty average. Clean. Kids had fun in the pool.
Disliked: We made reservation for 5 people and had a king and sofa bed. The sofa bed was awful, mattress was so thin you could feel the metal frame. We arrived late and sofa bed wasn't made up so had to go down for bedding. It didn't come with a fitted sheet or pillows. Apparently the hotel ran out of pillows. The next day we left the sofa bed open so they'd make it properly and they didn't bother. They made up the king, it was very weird. We have to come back in August and had booked it again but we've cancelled and booked a different hotel.

Being a Best Western Hotel...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and lobby, nice indoor pool & jacuzzi, very friendly and helpful staff. The lady who runs their breakfasts made sure everyone had enough to eat before she closed the breakfast area for the day. And the included breakfast was very good.

Liked: Lobby was very nice and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Room was very spacious!
Disliked: There was zero hot water from the sink. Curtains didn't close all the way and we were on the bottom floor facing the parking lot. Nothing major, just a little nitpick.

Liked: Room was fairly spacious, two TV's.
Disliked: The breakfast was unimpressive. Terrible, not real eggs. The bed wasn't very comfy.
