Liked: I liked the bathrobes and large bath towels. The free coffee in the lounge was very nice.The location of the hotel is excellent being near both the railway station and the old town.
Disliked: As the building is old, the main entry has several steps from the street which may be difficult for older and disabled guests. There is the option of exiting the hotel via the car park which is reached by an elevator. The reception staff suggested this to me when I asked if there was a way to avoid dragging my luggage down the steps. I feel a ramp or disabled entrance clearly marked would be a positive improvement.

Disliked: The room was VERY small.

Liked: Really great location in a lovely building, close to the station. The staff were so helpful and nice - even packing us up breakfast for our journey as we needed to leave early. The beds were very comfortable and everything very clean.
Disliked: The only small issue is the that it feels a little unsafe at night in that area. Through no fault of the hotel! This can be expected near city stations.
