Disliked: We have stayed before several times and almost always the elevator was either broken or doing funny things.. but now we got stuck in elevator.. For us reason to stop going to our favorite place when traveling

Liked: The public rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished which encouraged one to use them. The restaurant food standards were very high.
Disliked: Car parking was a bit limited and the breakfast had lost a bit of flair

Liked: Beautiful hotel, lovely and comfortable room, nice touches like robes and slippers. Lovely and attentive staff, very accommodating with our requests regarding parking and dinner reservation. Excellent food and experience in the hotel restaurant
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, I only rated a 9 rather than a 10 out of 10 as our rain shower was temperamental with water pressure and temperature but this is such a minor thing, we didn’t bring it to the attention of the staff as we were only visiting for a short stay.

Liked: This is a super hotel. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. Dinner on the terrace was first class and well-served. In fact, service from the moment we arrived at the hotel could not have been improved. It's a very convenient stopover just off the motorway, and the town of Tournus offers much to explore. We thought the hotel was excellent value.
