Perfect location, great service!

Liked: The location was perfect, truly in the center of Reims. The hotel is comfortable & well appointed. It had a restaurant & bar for pre & post dinner cocktails. Christian, the Concierge on property was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations & reservations. Also pointing us out to some of the champagne tasting houses within walking distance. He was extremely helpful & professional.

Liked: Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location ideal for visiting the cathedral. Car parking at the hotel was ideal.
Disliked: Unable to get a table for dinner before 21h so did not eat in the hotel. Given the quality of the breakfast, this was a pity but after a long drive we needed a relatively early night.

This is an outstanding hotel.

Liked: Location - in the heart of Reims. Walking distance to the Cathedral, cafes, bars, restaurantsBest Breakfast during our stay in France; - great choice of foods and drinks and excellent quality. Hotel staff went above and beyond to help..Our dogs were made to feel welcomed.
Disliked: Nothing really, other than lack of hotel parking. On saying this we managed to book overnight parking, within 3 minutes distance to the hotel. So all good.
