Superb

Very good overall.

Liked: Location was very good. Room had everything you needed. Very Good overall.
Disliked: Extras were meagre! One teabag per day! Bathroom accessories - limited! For the cost of the room I would expect a little bit more.

Exceptional

Nice and modern hotel, conveniently...

Liked: The room was comfortable and for the most part, clean. Location of the hotel was central and had a lot of options for dining and shopping. The hotel staff was proficient and responsive.
Disliked: The cleaning staff needs to be a little more attentive to ensure the room is completely clean. We had to ask at the front desk to have the bathtub cleaned as there was a copious amount of hair left in the tub, along with dust. The bath tub probably had not been used in awhile and therefore did not receive any attention from the cleaning staff.

Liked: Location, staff and room quality
Disliked: Room temp could not be adjusted and AC kicked in on its own even though room was on the cold side. Staff did bring in electric radiator to be fair, to mitigate the problem

Great city centre stopover location.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a perfect central location, a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral but also very easy to access from the motorway. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was on the cold side and the restaurant food wasn’t quite as fantastic as the prices might suggest. No hooks or towel rail in the bedroom or bathroom so nowhere to hang wet towels or swimming things.
