Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

Great location, great service, clean...

Disapointing

Liked: Location and cleanliness.TV had option to sign in to Netflix, Prime, etc.
Disliked: 1. Long wait to check in. Prime check in time at 4 and only 1 person working and several waiting to check in.2. Air conditioner fan was very noisy. When temp was met fan would slow down and make less noise but when compressor was working we had to turn TV up loud to hear and terrible sleeping condition.3. No pen/paper in room.4. Asked 2 maids and 1 janitor where stairway was in hotel and no one knew for sure.5. WiFi kept cutting out and so would have to go thru TV log in process again and not available for computer service. Several times WiFi was totally unavailable.
