Liked: Close to the Alamo. Prefect for staying down town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about this stay. Where gone majority of the time just really came to sleep and shower

Liked: Location was good, walking distance to Riverwalk, Bars, Restaurants,and stores
Disliked: The room was hot, ac was working good sometimes, we asked for a fan and they let us use one, thank you for the fan. In our first night they broke into someone’s car, not safe, and to pay for parking it should be gated

Liked: I loved the historic glamour of the hotel. It was reminiscent of 50’s Hollywood. Close to river walk and walking distance to food and stores
Disliked: The cleaning was not up to par. There were hairs all over bathroom. Nightstands were dusty and had what looked like food on desk area

Disliked: Poor communication. I feel like this hotel piggybacks off the other hotels price wise and the customer just has to deal with it. Felt nickle and dimed here. 9.99 for breakfast per person, 40 bucks for parking each night, and for what? The front desk was efficient but not personable. Every question I asked seemed to be a bother to them. The hotel room did not feel clean. Grout was dirty, mirror had fingerprints, the paint was chipping off walls.

Liked: I couldnt ask for a better breakfast...it was great...the scenery was also great...people were nice and helpful...just the right location if you are going to the riverwalk or mall- every shop is close by...
